    Welcome to Phoenix Wealth

Phoenix Wealth is part of Phoenix Group, created to bring you a strong combination of:

    • the heritage developed by AXA Wealth in the life and pensions market
    • the exclusive focus on the UK life and pensions market and scale brought by Phoenix Group.

We offer the UK-based pensions and investments previously offered by AXA Wealth, after Phoenix Group bought this part of AXA Wealth in 2016.

We're committed to supporting you with:

    • flexible products, allowing you to top up your existing investments and access your money
    • high quality of customer service
    • well governed, wide investment choice
    • transparent fees and charges

We are exclusively focused on supporting you as an existing customer and we accept:

    • transfers-in, ad-hoc top ups and increases to regular contributions into existing pension policies
    • new members into existing Family Suntrust schemes,
    • and top ups into existing Investment Bond policies.

Because we don't take on new clients or set up new policies, this means we can apply all our efforts to helping you get the most out of your existing, feature-rich, policies.

    Phoenix Group in the community

As a group, we believe in making a positive difference in the community through a wide range of fundraising efforts:

    • In the period 2014 to 2020, £1.4 million was donated across the UK to our Air Ambulance partnerships.
    • In total, c.£2m was donated by Phoenix to support charities across 2020, including Company donations, colleague fundraising and supplier contributions.
    • Integral to this c.£2m was a £1million charitable donation to aid the COVID-19 relief effort: £500,000 to Age UK's Emergency Coronavirus Appeal. Other charities that benefited included our corporate charity partners, local food banks, those supporting the homeless and hospital charities.
    • The Group also donated to the COVID-19 Support Fund launched by the UK insurance and long-term savings industry to help support some of the individuals hardest hit by the COVID-19 crisis.

As the pandemic impacted the traditional ways of fundraising both on and offsite, we adopted additional ways to support charities and community groups in 2020:

    • In the absence of usual fundraising potential, Phoenix widened its charity matching programme with the launch of straightforward matching of colleague donations.
    • Where possible, volunteering opportunities were moved online and we continued to support our literacy programmes remotely. 1,747 hours were donated in support of local communities.
    • In the absence of usual onsite festive food bank collections, each site supported their local homeless charity or food bank by purchasing gifts online, which were delivered directly to each respective charity.
