    Welcome to Phoenix Wealth

Phoenix Wealth is part of the Phoenix Group, created to bring you a strong combination of:

    • the heritage developed by AXA Wealth in the life and pensions market
    • the exclusive focus on the UK life and pensions market and scale brought by the Phoenix Group.

We offer the UK-based pensions and investments previously offered by AXA Wealth, after the Phoenix Group bought this part of AXA Wealth in 2016. If you'd like to find out more about the sale, you can read our press release.

We're committed to supporting you with:

    • flexible products, allowing you to top up your existing investments and access your money
    • high quality of customer service
    • well governed, wide investment choice
    • transparent fees and charges

We are exclusively focused on supporting you as an existing customer and we accept:

    • transfers-in, ad-hoc top ups and increases to regular contributions into existing pension policies
    • new members into existing Family Suntrust schemes,
    • and top ups into existing Investment Bond policies.

Because we don't take on new clients or set up new policies, this means we can apply all our efforts to helping you get the most out of your existing, feature-rich, policies.

    Phoenix Group's coronavirus contribution

To aid the relief effort during this unprecedented health emergency, we're making a £1m charitable donation:

    • £500,000 to Age Uk's £10m Emergency Coronavirus Appeal. Older people are particularly at risk from the virus and as millions are alone, with no support network at all, demand for the charity's vital services has increased rapidly. The funds raised will help it to keep its Information & Advice and friendship services running, as well as provide local community practical support.
    • £500,000 to support charitable organisations with whom we have an ongoing relationship, as part of our existing sustainability strategy. In recognition of the pandemic's wide impact, these charities will cover a variety of services, from providing mental health care to homeless shelters and food banks.

    Our ongoing community contribution

As a group, we believe in making a positive difference in the community, and supporting staff in a wide range of fund raising efforts. Here are some highlights:

    • £876,000 donated to the Air Ambulance charities since our partnership began in April 2014.
    • Across 2019, UK colleagues supported Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, and Alive Activities Limited; donating in excess of £120,000 across the charities.
    • The largest fundraiser of 2019 was the festive run in London which involved 46 teams of colleagues, air ambulance staff and suppliers. This event raised in excess of £24,000 after Company matching.
    • Onsite fundraising across all sites benefited charities by in excess of £32,000, and individual offsite fundraising including an element of matching by the Group benefited local charities by a further £200,000 (2019).
