My requests online - now with document download

• You now don't have to wait for us to send you policy details or projections by email or post, if you're registered for online services.
• These will be available online from the 'My requested documents' tab on the 'My requests' page.
• You'll get an automated email as soon as they're ready for you to download - it's quicker and more straightforward.

You can select from up to three different retirement ages and different income scenarios and your projection request will go straight into our work queue, ready to be actioned. Once ready, your projections will be available from 'My requested documents' on the 'My requests' page.

Ask us for a report including total policy value, value by fund, crystallised and un-crystallised valuations, right through to beneficiary, income, and adviser charge details. Once ready, your report will be available from 'My requested documents' on the 'My requests' page.

Tell us to start, stop, increase/decrease income or make an ad-hoc payment from existing tranches in drawdown, change the tranche income is being paid from, or change payment dates. We'll let you know once this has been done.

Tell us your clients' new bank details and we'll update our records.

Tell us if you'd like to:

• Make a switch on a bond policy
• Switch/redirect more than one specific pension source on a pension policy, but leave the rest of the policy sources unaffected.
