    Welcome to Phoenix Wealth

    Phoenix Wealth is part of Phoenix Group, created to bring you a strong combination of:

    • the heritage developed by AXA Wealth in the life and pensions market
    • the exclusive focus on the UK life and pensions market and scale brought by Phoenix Group. 

    We offer the UK-based pensions and investments previously offered by AXA Wealth. Phoenix Group bought this part of AXA Wealth in 2016 and transferred it to Phoenix Life Limited in 2017. Read more about the transfer.

    We are exclusively focused on supporting you as an existing customer and we accept:

    • transfers-in, ad-hoc top ups and increases to regular contributions into existing pension policies
    • new members into existing Family Suntrust schemes,
    • and top ups into existing Investment Bond policies.

    We don't take on new clients or set up new policies. This means we can focus on helping you get the most out of your existing policies.

    Phoenix Group in the community

    As a group, supporting our communities is at the heart of realising our purpose of helping people secure a life of possibilities. Here are some highlights:

    • In 2023 the Group created the Phoenix Heroes programme, which celebrates colleagues who give what they can, including time, skills, knowledge, resources and fundraising, to help make a positive and lasting difference in our communities.
    • Nearly £725,000 donated to charities across the Group during 2023, including donations and fundraising from colleagues, Group matching and donations, and third-party donations.     
    • Over 6,000 hours volunteered by colleagues to support community initiatives during 2023.
    • Through its new initiative, Caring for Carers, the Group will be partnering with a number of charities all focussed on Caring. The first charity partnership is with Carers UK.
    • During 2023, 660 colleagues raised over £55,000 for Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life, with company and third-party donations bringing the total to over £115,000.
