  • Setting up your back office system

    1. Ensure your firm has completed an electronic access agreement as part of our terms of business
    2. Register for our range of online services and complete all the final account activation and security steps.
    3. Click here to accept our back office integration terms and conditions. You will be taken to the online services login page and once you've logged in, you will be able to see the terms and conditions that you need to click and accept.

    Once you've completed the steps above, log into your own back office system using your Phoenix Wealth username and password and you should be able to view your clients' policy values, holdings and unit prices.
