    Cyber Incident at Royal Mail affects postal services to overseas customers

    Customers living outside the UK may currently experience a delay when receiving our communications. This is due to a cyber-incident that is disrupting services at Royal Mail which means they’re temporarily unable to send items outside the UK.

    It’s strongly recommended that items are not posted to overseas locations from the UK at the current time until the issue is resolved. Any items that have already been posted overseas from the UK will be held securely by Royal Mail until the issue has been resolved.

    Royal Mail have confirmed that inbound UK postage from overseas has not been impacted by this issue but is experiencing minor delays.
