Protect yourself
At Phoenix Wealth we take fraud prevention measures to
protect you and your policies. We will never call and ask for plan value,
policy number, personal or bank information, or say that we are calling because
of the Coronavirus.
We are committed to protecting you and your money, but there
are things that you can do to protect yourself:
- Never share personal information in a cold call, unsolicited email or
text.
- Do not click on links or open attachments, delete the email or message.
- Never be rushed, pressured or harassed into making a decision. Only
criminals will try to rush or panic you. Take your time and check all details
before proceeding, even if this means turning down what seems to be an 'amazing
deal'. The saying, “if it sounds too good to be true”, is probably right.
