    Important - essential work on our IT systems (1-6 October)

    We need to carry out some essential work on our IT systems which isn't possible to do over the weekend. During this period, some of our online services will be unavailable and there may be a very small impact on our servicing ability but this shouldn't impact the majority of our turnaround times.

    To minimise inconvenience, we've schedule the work to start at the end of the working week on Friday 1 October at 8pm, but it will take us until 8am on Wednesday 6 October to complete this. Our staff will be working around the clock to minimise any impact.
